The Dharma Vihara is a Tibetan Buddhist Centre in North London which actively embraces teachings from all the yanas - Theravada, Mahayana, Vajrayana.  The sangha meets regularly for weekly practice and teachings, suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners.  Practitioners at the Vihara are under the close guidance of Lineage Masters and teachers - in particular, His Holiness Penor Rinpoche, the Supreme Head of the Nyingma Palyul Lineage and we have an ongoing programme of teachings held at the Vihara.

In addition we hold weekly classes and well as retreats in T'ai Chi and Qigong. Instructors have a minimum of 10 years' experience and are in the Lineage of Professor Cheng Man Ch'ing, under the guidance and teaching of Benjamin Pang Jeng Lo, now in his 80's, orginally  Professor Cheng's close student.
